I just finished disassembly and reassembly of my 2 spreed 1963 overlapping wiper motor and pump assembly. The motor and rebuild pump work fine. After multiple try’s I finally got the wiper blades to overlap without hitting one another and sweeping the windshield properly. However, they will not “horizontally park” and are parking “vertically “.
How do I correct this.? Am I out 180 degrees on the motor arm level to linkage hookup? Any insight would be thanked! |

Can't you just take them off and put them back in the horizontal spot with wipers set in park?

Then the arms would then try to sweep down over the window base chrome trim. I think my only alternative would be to remove motor/pump from firewall and jog motor arm to a position of 180 degrees out.
