1967 GTO Rear Speaker Wire
The wire that runs from the am/fm radio and rear speaker option switch to the rear speaker;: what color is that wire? The service manual diagram 15-15 shows a wire going to rear speaker but does not call out the color. It could be Dark green, light blue Or maybe even yellow, as each are coming out of speaker switch. And there is also what looks like a connecting point in the diagram for the wire, shortly after it comes from the switch, as it’s going to the rear speaker. I’m assuming it would also be one of those colors. Appreciate any insight here.

As I recall that long wire that runs underneath the carpet on the passenger side of the interior back to the rear seat speaker was always dark blue. It is just one wire; the older GM cars speakers. The metal "basket" they are made from on the underside is the ground pathway to the package tray metal mounting surface.

...and I have that wire!
Found it disconnected, wrapped up and zip-tied under the carpet. When the after market stereo was installed....somewhere from ‘97 to 2004 by a P.O. I talked to, the installer was smart enough to keep that original wire in the car somewhere! Smart. He knew someone like me was going to take it back to original someday! Thanks for the help.
