Looking for Edelbrock "RPM" (based on round port style) heads with 72cc chambers but also with the heat crossover. I found them listed on the Edelbrock website as #60579. The website has them labeled as 72cc, however when I read the specs it changes to an 87cc head. I believe there is another head listed the same way.
I ended up calling Edelbrock and from what I could tell, got a representative working from home who was ultimately of no assistance. So, looking through all of their options, I am left with the impression that only the D-port heads and a couple of the 87cc round port style heads have the exhaust crossover provision. But given the inaccuracies from their website and befuddled CSR, I figured I would get a much better answer here.

The heat crossover can be drilled into the 72 CC head if need be, but yes round port wise only the 87 CC head and it’s emissions happy legal low compression comes with it out of the box.

I worked on an engine with the 87cc heads and they didn't have the heat crossover drilled. Old tech at Edelbrock said only two ways that would happen - the first is a screw up in production process but that wasn't very likely, and the second was the pair going out the back door of Edelbrock before they were finished. I can believe the second part because I had a friend that worked as a machinist at Edelbrock in the 70's and he said management never caught on to all the manifolds going over the fence.
