Just taking too owner of SAY Trailers he noticed on Pittsburgh Parkway,truck with 4 guys in front seat,towing trailer with lawn mowers on back. He noticed ball hitch had duct tape wrapped around it holding tongue down! Tape was distorted from turning. They are out there I hope everyone is safe.
