Was there a PCV line on a 67 428 car?
I am still not well versed in these cars so pardon a question like this. I think the answer is no, but was there a PCV line on the passenger side valve cover to the air cleaner assembly like in 69 on any 67 full size car?

I think you are correct. My 68 Catalina has the breather pipe, but the 67's I've seen only have the breather cap.

johnta1 has you covered for the PCV valve in the valley pan. A.I.R. 400-428 4bbl (non-HO) cars had a breather tube to the air cleaner I know of.

Pretty sure '68 was first year for the V.C. to A.C. pipe. I have '67 and '68 428s.

First year across the board, yes. As I stated A.I.R. cars had the valve cover to air cleaner breather tube in 1967.
