Default Help with rear power steering bracket 71 engine

I am guessing this bracket in incorrect.
This attaches the PS pump to the head. I am getting a bit of belt slip at 3000 rpm
The rear bracket.

1971 engine.

Do you have more then 1/2” of up and down play in the longest section of the belt?

Looks right to me. I have the same issue since I replaced the belt.
All adjustment is used up on mine and it's still too loose. Shorter belt needed.

No, the rear bracket is correct. Do the water pump and balancer pulleys align with the ps pulley?

They look to be off about a 1/4 inch. Maybe. Pretty darn close.
New belts and new pulleys
I have tightened and loosened the belt.
March polished pulleys.

Can a heavy duty clutch on the fan cause this.

1/4" misalignment won't work. Something is wrong. But, no, the HD fan clutch won't cause the squeal. Make sure you have the right pulleys, or space the ones you have so they align

Make sure spacer is behind the front bracket. If it's not in there when tightened, it will cause belt to not line up.
I had this problem years ago and would sling belts no matter what I did or what belt I ran. As soon as I revved it hard it would sling belt

This may not be your problem. It doesn't hurt to check.

Is there a spacer at rear lower mount to pump and front lower mount to pump. Can't see in photo.
