Well its been a long tough road with this car but it is starting to come together now.

Outstanding ! I’ve got a 68 that I hope to have done next month after 33 years of effort ! Wars , divorces , deaths etc all hamper a project lol

Thank you! It has not been easy. I have some Mopar's , Ford and Chevy. And I have ...lets say questioned the way Pontiac built this car but I feel better about it now. It just seemed so much harder and different than the others I have done.

The front end! Trying to get painted fenders to match the hood with out digging up the new paint.. Mopar and Mustang(unibodies) have the inner fender attached to the firewall. So you can mount the hood with out the fenders even on the car. Way easier to line things up. Also I had a lot of issues getting the GTO bumper to line up. Then I had mounted the bumper the grills and front valance (with blinker/park lights installed. Then found out you have to have all the wiring in first. You cant hook up the blinker/park lights with them installed as the wiring hits the radiator support and wont plug in. And you cant remove them with the valance in place. I had this front end apart so many times. And you better have the bulbs checked and installed on the front marker lights because there is no getting them in or out once installed. I learned a lot doing this car (as well as a few new words) But its together now. I have restored cars for 40 years and never done one that gave me as much trouble as this one. But the car was pretty much a shell when I got it so I never disassembled most of it.
