Default Belt Driven Pump for E85 and Single Carb - Help me design my Fuel System

I am building a Boosted Blow Through setup and have started collecting parts. Heres my List:

C&S Aerosol 4150 Blow Through 900cfm with Mega Bowls for E85
C&S Belt Driven Pump 850pph @ 10 psi
Rhodes 3 Gallon cell to use for Surge Tank
Aeromotive 12an 100 Micron Filter
Aeromotive 10an 10 Micron Filter
Rhodes 17Gal Sumped Cell in the rear of the car
Aeromotive 13202 Boost Referenced Bypass Fuel Reg

Looking at Aeromotive site, they do not show any kind of surge tank or electric pump, but I have a minor caveat in the mix. Im going to use a NOS cheater for scramble on the car, so I want to be able to jet up to 200 shot if needed. I bought the Rhodes 3gal because the plan was to feed the 3 gal tank with an electric pump, then pull off this 3gal with 12an to always feed my belt driven pump to keep it from starving. I could also add a smaller pump to feed the fuel side of the Nitrous from this cell or should I feed it directly from the fuel tank in the rear? Is this surge tank even needed? I could call C&S to get their expertise, but I wanted to ask here first.

Heres an Aeromotive Diagram using their belt driven pump and it shows no surge tank (not sure I'm even calling it correct name)
