Between the images and description I am guessing Paul made a simple mistake on this listing;
It looks like he has used the printed circuit stamped date as the gauge pod date.
It also looks like he misread the speedo when he said it was a 160mph speedo - when it's actually a 100mph speedo (which also shows 160kph in blue)

The dual speedo readings (imperial & blue metric) first came in for 1975;
The 6k tach came in for 1977;
The speedo changed for 1979 - the secondary readings changed from blue to an orange-ish colour, and this was the first year that non-USA gauges had KPH as the predominant numbers (clocks were quartz movement this year too).

IIRC the printed circuits were the same for all 'Rally gauge w/tach' gauge pods for 1973-1979.

It looks to me as though this is a 1977/1978 gauge pod, with a replacement (from an older car) circuit board.

My apologies for the late reply.

Just want to agree with and thank unruhjonny!

He was spot-on with his assessment of the true circumstances regarding my initial posting, and contributing valuable information to his audience...thanks-a-bunch for clarifying things!

I would also like to thank bman for stepping in the way it should be done!

I will adjust the asking price to be more in-line with what it may be worth, but please reach out if you feel otherwise, thanks!
