Joe was a Nashville TV fixture for the last few decades. Used to enjoy watching him on “Tennessee Crossroads” when I lived in Nashville in the mid 1990s.

where does the 80yo comment come from?
I would have figured he was in his 60's (based on older and newer shows)...

HP tv hasn’t been on in 20+ years that’s why he doesn’t look 80 time flies by.

We bought a new Samsung smart tv and it came with its own network called Samsung Plus, on there we found the PowerNation TV channel. They have some great shows with no staged drama. Engine Power, Detroit Muscle, Music City Trucks, Extreme 4X4 and Carcass are the main shows and they air reruns of HP TV as well. There is some overlap between shows which is cool. The Engine Power guys will build engines for the projects on Detroit Muscle or Music city trucks or Carcass. Detroit Muscle had the Butlers on the show as they built a Turbo Pontiac V8 461 stroker engine for a Buick G body wagon. I am very saddened that Joe has past and never would have guessed he was 80 either. Rest in peace Joe. https://www.powernationtv.com/ |
