TH400 crossmember 3" exhaust
Is there another trans x-member other than stock that will give more room for 3" pipes ???

The way the G-Force mounts are fabricated, it creates some extra room. Not a ton, you're mostly dealing with the floor boards and getting everything tucked up against those.
Have you considered oval tubing?
