Were these on all models or forced to add after EPA fiasco?

My '74s don't. The assembly manual shows the label in drawing dated 10/01/72, so all Firebirds should of had it, but I was wondering about vehicles being produced at the other plants before that date.

My 73 Firebird has it, and I have a visor off of a 73 Grand Prix that also has it. Can't speak to the 74, as both my 74 GTO and my 74 Grand Am are missing the driver side visor lol
Oh, and I should add that my 73 Formula originally had the early design emissions system (before the EPA-forced change). Importsmasher
