Hi guys
I got tired of risking door dings when a car is on the lift. Looked online and they sell bumpers for $150 to $250 a set. I bought 2 'stability pads' on amazon for $20/ea, and $10 of velcro at home depot and made my own. I believe they will work very well.

Good Job. Looks simple enough.
Somewhat related, I bought one of those knee pads at HD, its about 2' square more or less. 2" or so thick. I liked it so much I bought a couple more. Great cushion for the old knees. They had them for something like $15. I have seen the car places, summit etc. selling basically the same thing for $30-$40 |

My Bend Pak 10K 2 post only came with a couple of "Mickey Mouse" stick on pads that were probably only 1/4 inch thick & 6"x 3" LOL I will use your idea, but like Kerry said....Harbor Freight pads are a bit cheaper, I use them in several places & gave a couple to my elderly parents, they use them in front of the stove & sink to pad their feet & is a bit easier on their knees.
