Default 71 fender to core support braces

My 71 did not have these braces when I bought it. I am in the process of a restoration and need to know if they are different from later cars and where they bolt to on the core support and fender.

Thanks

The braces showed up for 1973 model year cars;
The rad support was changed that year to accommodate depressions where the braces attached.
