Default I just recieved my Cold Case radiator today

This is the first time I've bought a fully made aluminum radiator, it's going in my 2005 GTO. I was considering buying an aftermarket stock replacement radiator for less money but decided that I really don't like the failure points of plastic end tanks. The OEM has served pretty well as it will be 20 years old next month. My car was delivered in Nov 2005 to the dealer after the long journey from Oz. The plastic tank split open and lost all of the coolant last weekend.

Hopefully C Cass has made a good replacement piece, and it will go in the car and serve me at least another 20 years. I'll be 91 if one of us lasts that long.

I just removed it from the packaging, and I'm impressed with the part and how they packed it. United Package Smashers hardly hurt the outside of the box, let alone what was in it. I'll get it in today and it will be just about time to tuck it away for winter.....LOL

First overall impression is it looks well made, and designed, good TIG welding everywhere. The capacity is supposed to be slightly more than OEM, and heat dispersion is supposed to be better also due to fin design and count. Likely overkill in my application, even in the heat of summer pulling a 10X6 enclosed trailer, the needle never moved above the normal position.

I'll report back if I have any problems, or praises. Otherwise, this will be the end of the conversation.
