There is a Napa backed publication generally released in March/ April here in Northwest Idaho that details most all of the car shows/ events for the new year. I don't believe it is released yet and does not cover the southern part of the state.

Pontiacs of Idaho Chapter of POCI
Check into the Idaho Chapter of the Pontiac-Oakland Club International. The group is fairly active and the members have some truly awesome Ponchos. Last I heard, they were looking into hosting a regional convention for later this year or maybe 2026 in the Boise area??
