What is the length of mirror body? 11 1/2" or 12"? Hard to see, but is outside trim Grey? Is back chrome/ stainless?

Sorry for late post. The back is polished stainless. The trim is grey. Top length is 12" Bottom is about 11.5". I have not removed from original wrapper. The part number is PZ00439 BK.
