Default Speaker Switch I.D.

I picked up a speaker switch this weekend at a swap meet in a box with some 69 GTO interior parts. I have a 70 Tempest so I'm not familiar with these. After a little research I know less now than when I started. All the speaker switches I've seen have a rotating lever, this is a slider. Can anyone clue me in to its correct application? Thanks for the help.

Spent a few hours searching for info on this switch before I posted. I decided to keep looking and 10 minutes after I posted I found a bunch of photos of 53-54 Oldsmobiles with the same switch. Mystery solved. You never know what you'll find in a box of swap meet parts. Thanks.

It looks like the switch that was in my 1953 Chieftain. It was my dad's car originally so I know it was there since new. It was probably used in a lot of GM cars.
