Anyone had a good experience with these guys? Unfortunately I am not one who has.
I purchased a pre made fuel line for my 68 GTO and had it shipped to a freight forwarder as RPUI do not ship to Australia.
Unfortunately due the carton size shipping on to Australia was 7 to 8 times the cost of the part, so I contacted RPUI about returning the fuel line and was given a return authorisation number and subsequently had the package shipped back to their Ohio address.
I was in continual contact with one of their customer service agents who continued to advise they had no receipt of the returned item even after I provided confirmation of the delivery by FedEx.
Three months after confirmed return delivery they still advised they have not received the package and the window for a refund has closed.
Now out of pocket for original purchase cost and return shipping costs.
Very poor experience.

I have never dealt with them. Your experience is terrible. Especially considering delivery confirmation. Sorry about that. I’ll definitely steer clear of them. :(

Did FedEx have confirmation of receipt? Like a signature or something? Unfortunately in dealing with shipping companies daily, unless you have direct proof like a signature or receiving picture, I do not trust them. I deal with hundreds of orders every week, and usually once a week I hear about a customer who had their order delivered to the wrong address.

No unfortunately, just confirmation of the delivery which was the correct address.
