Default My latest 64 GTO.. Baltimore built car, need help decoding build sheet.

Just picked up this 64 GTO. 389 4bbl,auto,3:23 safe-t-track. Previous owner gave me a PHS with the car and as usual for Baltimore built cars,it only has basic info. I've been able to decipher most of it but still unsure of a few codes on the manifest sheet.
