Default The Pontiac Community!

Shaker455 (Jeff) is probably tired of this, but I gotta do it. Both he and AG (Tony) came out to the drags to help me tune my dominator last Friday. Yeah, I didn't need to twist arms much, but still, we all have commitments, responsibilities and lives to lead, so to drop everything on a few days notice after being peppered by calls and DMs all week (Thanks Tony!) to come help out someone they barely know, is worth a call out here.

3X24SPD (Bill) is also a big help whenever I'm at NED. His willingness to swing over, offer advice and check in on how things are going is always appreciated. Great to see you Bill and thanks for making things easy!

Here is the car at Fridays track rental. It ran great!

The moniker is an ongoing joke between me and Rich Coury, the owner of Primetime Video and Photo. Not sure it'll stick, but worth a shot!

With enough of us, the dream of having a Pontiac day once again, may be feasible!

Really cool and what did you run 73? It's a rare day to see more than 2 other Pontiacs at my local track

Car ran a 10.65. A personal best for me, with another personal best of 126 MPH, but on different runs. Car is a blast. I debate changing it to vie for a better ET. I drive around my local area exactly how you see it, skinnies and all, but the bug to go quicker is always gnawing at me.

My favorite video from the day is here, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d9hQG47e4aE.

My pal in the El Camino wont be slower for long. You can find more on that channel if youre interested!

I only live a few minutes from the track. Used to race there 2-3 times a week until my health got in the way. Post on here when you will be there again. I would love to see you run.

I'm about 25 minutes from NED. It's always cool seeing Pontiacs running there, regardless of ET.

Jeff has helped me out in the past. Very nice guy. Hopefully I'll run into some of you guys next season!
