Default Catalog camshaft description question

Ok, this should be good for a laugh dumb question but I have to ask.

For example, when the listed rpm is 5,200 and has application for 326-455 is it really the same for all displacements?

That’s the maximum rpm for peak hp for the biggest CID motor listed in the description .

So a 350 if running that cam can attain peak hp at a 13% higher rpm all things being equal.
