Default Meaning of Body tag characters

I'm curious to know the meaning/significance of the characters on the lower right of this 1967 Pontiac, MI built GTO. The characters I'm curious about in this example are 24-1W. Thank you!

Usually all those are for the carrier that transports the body. (if they are raised stamp)
