Are there replacement upper braces available for 2nd Gen firebirds? These are the plastic pieces at the top of the door panel that rolls over to form the top of the panel.
This is also the piece the window sweeps are stapled to. My plastic pieces are braking into pieces. If no repop is available who has had luck gluing metal strips in place to add support to what is there? |

F body warehouse has something they call "upper door panel trims" which may be what you are looking for.

I havent seen the inner plastic sections reproduced yet but they should be for all the broken ones.. the PUI repro door panels use a metal piece in that area that doesnt install right & leaves the top part of the door panel flopping around unless you screw it down, not sure if the better legendary panels use the correct plastic piece in that area. https://fbodywarehouse.com/store/Cam...arts/2583.html |
