Default Judge on BaT

https://bringatrailer.com/listing/19...-gto-judge-13/
There's an OO Judge on Bring A Trailer. Numbers seem to match. But, it got me wondering about the rear axle.

I thought a 4 speed Judge would have the 9799202 (N) But, this one has the 9799100. Is it because it's non-Saf-T-Track?

I think they talked about it in the comments. Something about pitching the manifolds for headers and replacing after a while.
