Default Vent for 12 Bolt Rear

My 66 Lemans has a 12 Bolt rear from 66 Chevelle. The vent hole is in the center section and smaller than 3/8”. The vent tubes I’ve found all say for 3/8” hole. They all look the like the one Inline Tube sells, advertised as 64-81 Chevelle for 3/8” axle hole, and when I enter the make and model information, it says it won’t fit. Where do I find one that fits?

Thanks- all of these are 3/8 and the hole is 5/16 (.312). I tried one of 3/8 variety for S&G and confirmed.

The .312" valve is what I need but apparently, it's constructed of unobtanium
