Have a NOS Crane Solid Roller Cam and needing to buy springs for it. Cam card in attachment.
I will be using a 1.65 rocker so .687-.22 lash=.665 lift. 260/270 duration @ .050 108 LSA I can get a 1.85 installed height with my heads. Was thinking the recommended closed and open pressures look a little light for a solid roller? Is this because of how old the cam is and valve spring tech. has improves so much? Everything I find is at about 200 on the seat and 550 open. Drag race only. 5/16 hollow stem intakes, will buy titanium retainers, shaft rocker system. |

Howards 98644 might work for you. We run a PSI ct1526ml spring with around 220 seat/ 520 open. spinning to 7000 rpm with no issues. There are installed at 2." though.

A Manley 22440 is a drop in .
It gives 250 on the seat which after breaking in would be 240. It coil binds at 1.050”
