Looking for opinions on legendary parchment colors on seat upholstery
Is it the parchment color that has a slight goldish tone (closer to original) to it or not? I'm ready to get the legendary, which I heard was better than PUI. Is that still the case?

They usually send you samples prior to ordering your interior. I would call them to have them sent to you. I find their products are very close if not the same as original.

More questions on Legendary parchment... I ordered samples of "metallic parchment" color 239G. They also have "metallic parchment" 240G. Like a dumbass I only ordered the 239G. It looks like the proper shade but I can't tell if it has the proper metallic sheen; the sample is the size of a postage stamp. Can they spare it?
 In any case I reordered the "metallic parchment" color 240G to see what that is.The question: does anyone have either and does it look correct for an OEM match? I have repro armrests I ordered years ago and they look to me like the proper metallic hue so I'm looking to match that. My older seats are somewhat worn so they are a poor candidate to use as a match. Thanx in advance. George

Well, crap. Thanx, Ransom! Per your question, made me take a better look. I didn't know there was a third choice, all metallic parchment.
I'm just going to order all 3 samples now to make the comparison. Stiil, if anyone has feedback on what they actually have and how it looks I would appreciate it. George

Below is the metallic parchment (not sure which flavor) from legendary that I did for a friends 68 firebird a few years ago. Pics really don't do it justice, but but I was very impressed.

I refreshed some of my 68 Firebirds parchment and it does look the same as whats pictured. It is not the same as 67 or 69.Would be labeled as pearl parchment for 68. I still have some touch up dye left and it has pearl in it.

more seat vinyl samples
Well I receive my samples of the 3 "metallic parchment. The middle one, 239G seems to be the closest to the newer armrest vinyl. Tomorrow I will compare them in the sunlight to the rear seat vinyl, which is original and not as worn as the bucket seats.
A related question...... is there paint available that closely matches the vinyl for the seat metal parts like the seat backs?

When I touched up my 68 with pearl parchment,I used 3 different companies products.
Ditzler I used the semigloss clear with the pearl additive for blending in. Marhyde for some of the plastic stuff SEM for the parchment base. I still have all of this but Its at another location.
