Default Red vs Black PMD center caps

Hi my gto has a build of october of 69. Would the black center caps be correct or the red ones? Thanks in advance. Im not sure when the change was made.

Black w red lettering.

The changeover was in December or January, when the wheel codes changed.

My 70 has a build date of the first week of January and it came with black center caps.
