I have replaced then R6 compressor, condenser and dryer on my '67 GTO factory
ac system. I will be using R12 to refill the system. I have already added the correct amount of R12 compatible mineral oil to the compressor. Before I recharged the system do I need to add any additional oil to compensate for the new condenser and dryer? |

I only have access to the 72 service manual right now, but they were all POA systems during those years, so the info should be the same for 67 and 72.
It says 11 oz total, with 1 oz in condenser, 1 oz in drier, 3 oz in the evap, and that leaves 6 oz in the compressor.
