Default 1966 GTO trunk reel light option

How can I tell if my 66 GTO came with this option? I have the PHS and it came with every light option possible. I’m not sure if 40 1 Lamp, Luggage is it or not. When I bought her, nothing was original. She has the door edge guard option and only 1 door has the holes. I heard the trunk lid is specifically altered for the reel light, but I’m not sure if my trunk lid is original. A friend has a really nice reel light for sale so I’m considering it if my car originally came with it. Any insight is appreciated.

My '66 also has several Lamp Groups including the combination 401 group, The luggage compartment lamp for the Tempest Series is the standard Mercury switched lamp.
The Only Reel Out lamp that was optional in '66 was the Under hood Light and all my files show this as only on the B-Body.

18' Reel Out Lights are cool but I do not believe they were offered for the Trunk in '66 that I'm aware of.
Not discounting any Dealer add on, but this would no reflect on the PHS sheets.

I put an LED light in my trunk, which is just like yours. It's actually bright enough to be useful at night, unlike my original.

My ‘66 was built with many lamps, including the (Roof Rail & Reading) which are so cool.

That pic of your headliner really helps. I wasn't sure where the coat clips go. Could you post a pic of the rear side sail panels? I am struggling to pull that material tight enough and see how the sail panels snug it in. My car didn't even have a headliner in when I got it and the PO had poorly wired in a center dome light using a 68 wiring harness for the entire car. So everything I've done has been trying to find good original pics on here or advice from fellow members.
