Yes, 3 rollers, which have like pancake/washer type 'nuts' that capture the glass. The bottom of the track has a 'Y' opening, where that roller can come out.

If you roll the glass half down, and remove the pancake nut, you can tip the glass away enough to slide that roller down and remove/replace it.

Honestly though, it's best to just do them all. The regulators are available too, and are not expensive, same with the rollers and other hardware.

You can mark where the stops and adjustment bolts are currently, which makes it much easier to reinstall.

Here you can see the 'pancake washer' that is circled in red. A special tool is made for those, and although you will rarely use it, it's worth the money, especially if it's never been apart.

The 'Y' exit is marked with the red arrow.

The service manual is pretty worthless, but it's kind of self-explanatory.
