I've been on a quest to fix the tape player in the T/A so I can rock some era appropriate 90's alt rock. Something's wrong with the left side output. Bought a used radio off eBay and swapped it out...same problem so maybe it's not the tape player. The radio sounds great.
Also put new pads and shoes on the Goat in my quest to stop better. I went with Wilwood's BP-20 pad as an upgrade for the BP-10s that came with the D52 calipers and PowerStop shoes in the rear. Took it for a short cruise at dusk to bed in the new pads and shoes. Seems better.
Behold the rare photo of my car with the headlight doors open and the lights on.
While I had the car up in the air for the brakes I took a minute to soak in the accomplishment of a leak free trans and engine. I don't think this car has ever been this dry underneath. Hope it lasts.
