So received and replaced the lifters, the pushrods won't be here until Wednesday. Was able to reinstall intake, and am about at the point I was before I discovered the collapsed lifters. Whew.

Also started the exhaust install. As a recap, it's a Pypes header-back 2.5" X pipe kit, with thru-valance tailpipes. The correct type hangers came in, as well as associated hardware.

Tailpipes line up very good, and can't tell at the moment if the typical inboard 'tilt' on the driver's side is there, first guess is no, but will see once it's all hung.

Since I have a 4L80E, and the crossmember is set back further than stock, In order to get the X in there, it needs to move back, and the included collector extensions aren't long enough. Uhg.

So ordered a pair of collector extensions that are 18", which is 6" longer than what was provided, will probably have to trim them about 1". Those should be here sometime late in the week.
