What I was going to suggest is to use a panel mount AN fitting at the frame for that rear line, then an aluminum line and panel mount fitting mounted to a lower bellhousing bolt, and only run a flexible line from those two points. Can use AN compression fittings or AN tube nuts.

That aluminum line hanging in space there may work harden and crack/leak.

You can also use aluminum fuel line for the PCV run, if you wanted to.

If you use a 90 degree fitting into the rail, it will be closer to the end of the rail, and you can use a straight fitting on there, will save space for the rad hose.

EDIT: You might be able to use a different water neck too, to get a better angle for more space.
