Looking for advice 65 Tempest suspension

Has anybody used these control arms?
Are they able to be used with a spindle for disc brakes?
What spindle/rotor/caliper assm. did you use?

Thanks, I was going to replace the bushings in my OEM A-Arms but these look more cost effective, considering time and parts prices.
