Of course, my biggest problem to date is the front spring saga....Shooting for a 1.50" drop has proven to be most difficult....Robert

Looking for valve spring suggestions for a stock diameter dual spring for an unmachined 6X head, with a 1.750" installed height. Application is a roller hydraulic with .550"/.550" net valve lift on both intake and exhaust.

Thanks...Robert

Default Hydraulic Roller for the 413:

I put the finishing touches on my custom UD hydraulic roller for the 413 this morning. Thought you cam guys might enjoy checking out the specs:

.536"/.536" - 284°/292° @ .006 - 230°/238° @ .050" - 152°/158° @ .200" - 111.5° LSA

Installed with a 109.5° intake centerline, the valve events @ .006" are as follows:

IO: 33° BTDC

IC: 72° ABDC

EO: 80° BBDC

EC: 33° ATDC

Hope Screamingchief doesn't see this camshaft blasphemy...:-)

Go to Crower's online catalogue. You can pick your diameter, installed height, rate, everything. It's what I did. I'd have to look up the p/n, but mine spec at about 150# seat and 425# OTN installed at 1.73".

That depends on where you live of course . '75 Formulas are among my favorite years. I still rememeber seeing the Buccaneer Red Formula next to the Silver TA in the '75 catalog. A yellow one would be cool too.
I have a good friend in Elk Grove, Ca not far from you with a very nice Red '74 Formula.
