We're not sure yet... We'll fine out next week. Haha

If it don't fit...well, it's a nitrous motor...I'll ditch the spacer and add some jet.

You are a jealous bunch!! And you are off the pace 5mph in the short distance and 8mph on the big end from a single carb cast intake street setup. If it is any consolation your e.t. is a bigger number ;-) Might count for something!!

Not broke. The Phoenix summer is our winter! I wait patiently for the snow... wait... the sun to pass.

Robin you are the man to beat right now!

So I need to go faster then a 8.13 at 169, correct?

That is the fastest pass so far for a street car, correct?

Ain't dat the truth! I won't even look at my car again until mid-September. Too hot for this old man, especially in a three-layer suit.

In street trim: alternator, big fans, mufflers, dual vented rotors on 4 corners, no wheelie bars, insurance, all glass and rolled the power windows down to cool off on the return drive back to the pits. 2 tire swap and drain the pump gas from the Phoenix Central Cruise with "Fastest Street Car Here" shoe polished on the back window... 3,000 plus cars, 10 times as many spectators line the streets, we cruised for an hour, no one said a word!!! Guess you gotta be in your home town to get respect.

If you ask 2 leading questions so I expect you have a prepared answer?

Jacks car is like a street car also and thats all he was asking.... when my RAM racing series goes away my car will be shooting for that number also and my car even looks like a street car with the small tires, stock style suspension, full interior, vented rotors all the way around,no bars, big elctric fan,all glass..and will be doing it on radials. will definately be a hard task though..

Funny you should say that. I'm doing Bondo work on the Cat up here in the mountains of New Mexico and actually making a little progress. Wiring is next. The engine is almost done. My plan is to finish the rough-in Bondo work by late summer and take it back to Tucson to start the paint and finish body work. I don't have a big enough compressor here in NM to do any painting.

Robin no one is knocking your accomplishments. What you did is hard to do.

I was just asking what the fastest street car pass was, so I have something to shoot for and if I beat that mark I expect someone to beat it then I will try and surepass that one too.

Good luck, and try to make the hike out to Norwalk this year.

You have about a second to knock off your et (I believe) to run with the fastest pump gas cars. You changing heads as well? Your not going to make there with e-heads.
