Well looks are subjective to be sure......sales aren't. Camaro has more than either.

I have always leaned towards what GM offered but there was no way I was buying the Camaro and bought a Mustang. The Mustang was the first new Ford I have ever bought and never thought I would.

IMO: Depending on the angle (see the passenger rear 3/4 view on the above link) it looks like a lot of the current Aston Martin / Ferrari / Masserrati coupes I see driving around town here. Current styling trends for sure.

No problem, they definitely have some cool features on this one.

I didnt like the C5s either, the tail didnt look proportional to the rest of the styling and body.

But thsoe taillights

I was thinking the exact same thing. I don't mind it, but the photos make it look a little to much like a plastic car vs. a somewhat refined supercar that they are trying to be. To much black plastic on it.

Car looks killer! No doubt they will be impossible to get ahold of when production starts.

Personally, I like the C5 over the C6 and probably the C7. The artist renderings don't look good, the car I saw in the reveal looks kinda cool.

The lead designer (I think) said the styling is a "world model" so yeah, they used cues from Europe instead of making another distinctly American sports car. I was hoping for more...

It's almost as annoying as Alvin's avatar pics, dude can you re-size them a bit.
I like the comments "It looks like a Ferrari
Only problem is it not a Ferrari.
IMO; the rear end looks like a Camaro

Not bad overall but the back end has too much Camaro in it - especially the tail lights and the spoiler. One might easily mistake it for a Camaro from a distance back. I saw the GM Mako Shark concept car at the New Car Shaw in Calgary last spring and it was awesome - too bad they did not go with that rear treatment.

Side vent cues look to have have been used on the GTP ALMS Corvette race cars

I guess I'm in the minority of those that like it.

Seems like a natural progression of GM's thoroughbred.

There are things about it I like and thinigs I don't. Rear is too similar to a camaro. I'll see it in person before I render final judgement. For now I guess I'll keep my C6!!!!!

Question Cadillac 4, 6, 8 Deja Vu

Artist Renderings, HD Images, and Website Photos won't do it for me, until I see them in person.

As we all know: Historically, the initial launch platform will be refined, then over the model time various tweeks will keep the vehicle saleable and "fresh".

News said the C7 Vettes engine will run on 4cylinders under normal driving? Hopefully better than a "Cadillac 4, 6, 8 Deja Vu".

Yessir And how about the 1963 Biscayne and Corvette rear lights?

Remember back in the '60s & '70s: THE thing to do to the '63 to '67 Vette was ADD the 3rd tail-light on each side like the Impalas, Remember that?
