Driven, yes. Competitive raced, no. What difference does it make? ... As if I don't already know what comes from your brain in 3... 2... 1 --

I watched the video and I can't see that it matters what TS's car didn't or didn't do in that split second, this kid literally climbed on top of his moving car in a fit of anger/ stupidity.

I would never wish this to happen and his poor parents; but the kid has to take major blame in this accident.

That's what I saw, too. It looks like he walked right in front of Tony's rear wheel.

If you haven't raced the car in question, You don't know what you can and can't see on the track. In other words, You don't know what you're flapping your lips about.
You can't see through the wing and body of the car in front of you.

Yes I also covered that yesterday, Raceceivers allows track officials to realign cars more quickly for restarts and to tell competitors when a yellow or red is displayed even before they come to the next set of lights or the flagman.

Again, discounting what a driver on the track stated. I don't expect anyone to take my word for it anymore than I take your word for it. We are outside observers having discussion. Relax.

Maybe your were taking a nap when I posted the words of the 19 driver, Sleepy. He saw Ward clearly. Talk to him about it.

I'm not discounting what he said, He had clear track in front of him, Tony had that guys car in front of him, NOBODY on the track or in the stands KNOWS if tony saw him or not, You just assume since tony has a temper that he did it on purpose, You talk like you know tony saw him and purposely hit him. I've been on the track with him at Cedar lake speedway. He WOULDN'T DO THAT .You don't KNOW ANYTHING.

I never said he purposely hit Ward. I did state possible ramifications if evidence shows it was intentional. I did the same for a unintentional act. I will say he should have seen Ward. I largely base my opinion on what people on site are stating. Is it time for anger management class, Sleepy?

Kinney's words were, "I saw him plain as day", pretty ironic choice of words on a dark track at night. Also he/KW moved to a different portion of the track after the 19 passed him comparing apples and oranges here.

Thing is the DA isn't bringing any charges, so this is a moot point.

Ditto Steve. I think he missgudged Tony's rear tire in a fit a anger.
I know it's a mute point now ..... But who needs/needed anger mgt.
It costs lives.

Also note his helmet is still on giving him tunnel vision for such and act that could have caused him to mis judge his location to the car.

So, you are just regurgitating misinformation... I read what you wrote - if you knew anything about racing, you wouldn't have posted that.

The way you posted that info - you seemed to imply that Tony's non existent communications were mysteriously "missing".

Yes, you are unreal...

I said it was 1 way communication from the race director to ALL drivers. Every driver heard what was said - plus anyone listening in on a scanner tuned to the right frequency. No need to get a recording of it.

Once again, regurgitating information that doesn't match up to the evidence in hand.

Trust me, very few people here are willing to take you work for it.

Dittos, Brad!! You just don't pop the clutch and slow a sprint car down. They have to be one of the evilest handling race cars used in competition. Some of these guys need to spend a couple of weekends at Winchester, Salem or Tri-State to understand how sprint cars handle.

Thats why I barely missed hitting him myself.

I know that the RH rear wheel is much larger in diameter and width. I assume that you have to constantly steer to the right on the straightaways to keep the car going in a straight line forward?

Do these cars use a spool, posi, or open differential? I assume spool.
