'62 Grand Prix on I94 west, heading to Chicago, last Saturday morning.
Tried to get a pic but my attempt with a cell phone resulted in a blurry blob that looked like it was a mile away. My wife wanted to try, revealing an orange glow which we later determined to be her finger over the lens. So - no photo. But, black '62 GP nonetheless. K

Perfect Saturday night
This past Saturday the weather was great and for the first time in a long time I was not the ONLY Pontiacer at the Cruise-In.
Since we have so much Military in the area you never know when & what will be here for the summer. They just kept coming in

Saw this on he way to church Sunday morning. Never seen it around before.
Couldn't get the hood open, but it has 350 callouts, and floor console auto. Shows 62,700. |

Found this guy on a side street by my office today. Didn't look too close, but it looks like it had rocker emblems on it at one point so maybe it started life as an OHC car? It had a 4 speed with deluxe interior. $10 says it was originally Verdoro Green

No pics, but last week I followed a Voodoo Green 68 GTO for about 15 miles heading toward the lake. It was a nicely restored.

Man I saw a really nice '70 T/A this morning going to work. Lucy Blue and a little young guy who looked scared to death driving it. Sorry no pics but I will be ready next time to get the photo.

Not exactly random, but here's a few Ponchos from our local cars and coffee get together at the Blackhawk Museum. 3 '70 T/As this morning! I believe the blue one next to the white one may be bossbirdta's.
Just noticed that I missed the Fiero behind the '67 Goat. Pretty neat get together with an interesting mix of cars. There's a few more pics on my Flickr page.

Driving the '66 wagon back from Norwalk, we got 8 hours into the trip, stopped for a nature break in Woodstock, VA and saw this. Also saw a '68 GMC with a 5" chop and the guy's Speed shop info printed on the side that was very cool but did not snap a Pic of that. :

Ok, here are a couple of totally random sitings...One I posted in another thread because I'd forgotten this one. It fits here better.
The '66 is on the Naval base in S.D. California. 4-spd convert, daily driven according to my son who's based there and took the pic. The '64 pics were also taken by him but while he was on leave here in nearby Newnan, Georgia. Appears to be a clone judging from the misplaced GTO emblems....but it does have the hard to come by '64 GTO hood...so, who knows? Either way, it's a nice 49 year old Pontiac being driven on the streets...

I was getting set to leave a car show Sunday when I saw this wagon pull out and head down the road. It was not in the show and I didn't see it parked anywhere while I was there. Just had to take an impromptu shot while it was going by.
