The center caps, I tell you, I managed to impress myself with how they came out. Okay, no mods to the lucite, the secret is in turning the caps themselves. I had a machinist lathe out the recessed logo center and open a hole just the right size for the emblems to seat in. Then I got some 2" ABS cleanout caps from the plumbing aisle at the hardware store. Cut off the wrench square, file/sand the top mostly flush. Place the emblem in the metal cap, press in the plastic cap top-first in behind it, and done! The press fit is tight enough that you can hand seat the caps in the wheel bore without having to worry about contacting the lucite, just soap up the rubber o-ring a little. Also, ignore the setscrews, I was going to drill and tap two holes in each cap to anchor the plastic, but it feels unnecessary.

Thanks, and one little update. It turns out the plastic takes a set and gets less snug than initially though, so I ended up needing the setscrews after all. Now they are rock solid.

I did a little homework, it's not verified, but what I came up with so far is the C5/C6 brake setup has a caliper offset of .790 - .812, so not sure these will clear. I have ATS AFX spindles, and the Touring Classics brake setup, which may be a hybrid setup, that too is not clear, Touring Classics is out of business, so templates are not available.

I guess I'm stuck having to measure, unless I can find someone with one of the templates. Maybe I will post over at pro-tour, see if someone over there can come up with something.

Look at post # 109, I used the template for the hybrid C5/C6 brakes, and yes, they fit. I posted measurements from the template, so you can compare to the Wilwood template and figure out if they fit.

I tried the bolt on caps. Nothing to center the cap on the hub, retaining stud hit the spindle dust cap. Did not try the "drive in" caps.

Yes. 18x9 rims, 275/40/18 all corners. I plan to replace the fronts with 255/40/18 for clearance at full lock issues.

Looks pretty good. I'm annoyed with Photobucket myself- here's a recent pic of my Bird with the Bandits. Not alot of rubbing- most of it is due to a tired suspension (that's getting addressed in 2018).

The Cast rims only come in 17/18" sizes, the Forged versions are available in 15-20" sizes.
