Posting pictures
I keep getting upload failed when I try to post a picture. What am I doing wrong?

I didn't have this problem before Py changed to Maxperformance. How do I resize photo's.

All programs, Accesorries, Paint,
Open the picture you want to change the size Smaller Under the View Tab Change the pictures size Smaller Save the picture and upload that one |

Then if you want to post it large....
Left click on the thumbnail and it will open in a new window - right click on that and highlight copy image location X out the window Click the yellow square button on top of the message edit window above and a script window opens. Right click on that and highlight Paste and then click on the enter button. Done!

I use a free uploading service called Tinypic. You'll have to put up with popup ads but it's a simple thing to use.
Here's the link to this tool: tinypic.com When you're on the site you can upload whatever pic you want to upload, (or use a picture URL-code from another website) You can upload any size, tinypic changes the size to 640px or 800px automatically, for use on this forum. When the upload is done wait a few seconds, then a link or code appears. It's called an IMG-code, looks like this: [ IMG]http://i66.tinypic.com/1jns0o.jpg[/IMG ] Just copy the link and paste it into a thread and the pic shows up when you reply or "Go Advanced", and preview your post. Here's the pic from the purple colored link above:

if you want to post and post often..open yur camera settings or phone, and resize it there..loads quickly and emails fast etc
480x620 works the best....then i use photobucket...its free..i hate thumb nails, thats all.. heres what it looks like...just about perfect for a forum

Simple image posting
All you need to do is go to your profile. Create an album and upload the images (under 300kb of course. Click on Save, then click on the picture. It will then show you the URL and the BB code. Copy / Paste the BB code in your post. Click preview = Done
