TransAm525 - I used to have a set of those on my car, 15x8s though, first set I ever had! This pic is right after the first ground-up, like in 1985!

Its all going to fit under a heavily tweaked 70 GTO body. Should have the body on the new frame by the end of July.

Here is pontiaccollectors 69 RAIV that is a Judge clone. Newer style tapered lug 15x8.5 w/ 275/60 drag radial & 15x6 w/ 215/70 T/A's TTD's Has a narrower 67 12 bolt Chevelle rear w/ 3.90's in it but still real close on the outer wheel lips, have a slight rub mark on the L/R sidewall after launching it at 4500 rpm. I wish they would go 4-4.5 on the backspacing, there is more than enough room on the inboard side for it. May have to put Air Lift bags in it to firm it up a hair. It looks real tough with these wheels & tires on it, but doesn't anything?
Crappy pic's with cell phone.

I have always liked the look of the old NASCAR stock cars. When I was a kid, I couldn't afford trick rims, so we cut the center out of the 15 x 8" Corvette Rallye's and welded the Dodge centers in place.

I see a lot of cool rims, but I can't see spending the money on them until I get the mechanical aspects of the car finished.

I decided to give the Formula an 'all-business' look with 15 x 8's and P255/60/15's all the way around...Robert

Awesome car! I would watch that sideways mounted blaster coil though. They have been known to fail mounted that way according to MSD.
Take care,Trent
