Excellent customer service experience!
A big thank you to Ames customer service!
I ordered the headliner for my 63 wagon in March 2021. I received it, checked the color and put it away, as I was not ready to install it yet. I pulled it back out in March 2022 and noticed it was the correct color, but for the wrong body style..... I called c/s and they researched and discovered it was their error! They sent me a call tag for the return and had the correct wagon headliner made and shipped to me, all at their expense. I appreciate this level of customer service, it is not common any longer!
