I also think it looks like an extremely nice, well preserved car, but a more door, AM radio, no tilt or reverb car without factory A/C for anything over $6000 just doesn't make me want to run and buy it no matter how well it shows! JMHO

Pretty sure I saw this car when it was originally for sale (saw the ad, not the car). As I recall, it was bought "heavy" too heavy to flip and make any money if that was the intent. Don't know if this seller is the one who bought it heavy or not, but suspect it is. I think the price was 9-10K but just going by memory.
