One member messaged be about a Torker2 intake that I'm planning on getting from him and running that.

I'm not a fan of any of those carbs. I never used them, so I'm being quite bias. I really like the Quickfuel carbs. I run a 950 on my setup. Very easy to tune and setup. I have an 850 Annular quickfuel and Torker 2 intake here for sale if your interested. PM me and I'll let you know a price. Here is a link on the carb. https://forums.maxperformanceinc.com...84#post6313684
How are you checking your air/fuel ratio?

Only way to make that OE work is to have someone TIG a build up on top of the runners and re-port. Not cost effective.

The RPM intake will work, you can get one from Butler to match very good if you have them work it. They know the exact dimensions of the ports since they did them, and can mod an intake easily.

If they milled the heads, they should know that info too.

If the heads are straight out of the box, you still need to have the intake checked, many times they don't fit properly and require at least a little work.

My understanding is there's a backlog on Edelbrock intakes, so, might want to prepare to wait.

Never had an issue with mine just if ported the top of the port is usually raised.
A Torker II will fit until you get taller than 2.300 port.
