Default Suncoast Creations Raptor Hood

I have a 99 Trans Am w/o the WS6 package and hood. This car just suffered a pelting from back to back hail storms a month or so ago. The insurance adjuster priced it out with paintless dent removal (PDR) but I think the hood is too far gone for this and needs replacement. Therefore, I am looking at aftermarket hoods and I like the looks of Suncoast Creation's "raptor" hood the best.

Does anyone have experience with the installation of this hood or with Suncoast Creations? I will look elsewhere if there is a bad record on the hood or the company....but I do like the looks of that hood.

Here's a link to see it: http://suncoastcreations.com/a-p-f-3...ood-28003.html

Thanks for any input!

Yeah...I like the Firehawk hood a lot too. However, SLP is no longer making them for sale to the public. I think you can still get one through GM parts distributors but the cost is pretty astronomical. Not sure if you have to have the proper VIN to get one like you used to.

I agree, I like the looks of the 98-02 Firehawk hoods, but that one is a close 2nd. Sorry I can not add an opinion of the quality, but they seem to have good reviews.
