Ok I hope you guys can help me. I gotta crack in the outer water jacket of the engine block about 2 inches long. It just barely seeps at 18 psi coolant pressure. How do i repair this? weld or braze and will either be sucessful? Helpppppppp!!!!!!!!

you'll laugh at this but if you clean the block well jb weld will hold. crown welding eqpt markets an arc rod that works well on cast without the preheating. i think the # is 255, check with a welding shop to be sure.
if you weld it you'll want to drill a small hole in both ends of the crack to stop it from spreading. mike
