If you sent him payment for parts that he will not send, then I believe he is committing mail fraud which is a federal offense. You don't have to sue, the feds will take care of him. If I were him, I would be more worried about that.

Here is the story, and I am sure AL ( the guy who started this will post his agreement)
Al purchase a Truckload of items from me
Rust free fenders, and complete 71 nose, some interior panels, and a set of 1971 Seat CORES, some brand new PUI seat covers and a new ACS carpet and some other small items
Everything was fine untill he romoved the tracks from the seats
The frames were rotted and the bolts stripped out
Al could not get a hold of me for THREE days He freaked out and started to panic
When I called him back I gladly told him I would replace the seats with another set I have and I am even sending some more parts he needs....All is good with AL

Pat, How about this..if you believe that I haven't tried to communicate with you and keep abreast of things then you are entitled to your opinion. But the fact is you have $1500 as a deposit on a car and I don't know where its at nor can I find out from you. If the car has been moved to your home and is no longer in Atlanta then it becomes a bit of a problem for me. As a solution, I'll pay the $200-$300 you said the guy charged you to haul it and you refund me the difference and we will part ways. Figure this is an easy and equitable way out of this. The first email you show here after the deal was made is Sept 28th,, I did not receive this one if yousent it,,
That is 4 months after you sent the deposit, 3 Months AFTER you promised to pick up the car.

Post all the stuff you want, BUT you put down a deposit in JUNE and were suposed to pick up the car by the END of the month...

You did not follow through, You were not completely honest.
I do not know what the issue was, but YOU did not call me back OR answer my emails the WHOLE summer.

Get real, In the last post that you started this BS in I told you the SAME thing and you still have not called me I posted the car was in storage in ATL in the link above you can read it, I sent you many emails stating the car was still in ATL just like you wanted.
